Personal Statement

Beth Siegel, MD, is an Assistant Professor of °ÅÀÖÊÓƵ Surgery at °ÅÀÖÊÓƵ and Chief of the Section of Breast Surgery at NewYork-Presbyterian Queens.

Dr. Siegel is a board certified breast surgeon  and specializes in both benign and malignant breast conditions. She has published peer-reviewed articles and has presented her research on breast  surgery at national meetings. Dr. Siegel serves as a member of the American College of Surgeons, American Association of Breast Surgeons, and the Medical Society of the County of Queens, and is a Castle Connolly Top Doctor. 

She completed her internship and residency at Booth Memorial Medical Center (now NewYork-Presbyterian Queens) in Queens, NY and served her fellowship at Faulkner Hospital in Boston, MA, where she was named chief resident during her final year.
